The house is a collection of five buildings around 600 years old and beautifully restored in the local traditional way, with oiled chestnut beams and cane ceilings in every room.
There are five bedrooms comfortably sleeping nine in three doubles, one twin and one
single. Two of the bedrooms are across a flower strewn courtyard in the
casita (small house) and all are simply and tastefully decorated.
A sofa bed in the casita sitting room can accomodate an extra two people or children.
Being over two feet thick, the stone walls keep the house cool during hot summers and very cosy in winter!
The new kitchen is fully fitted and air conditioned. The main house has two connected living rooms
complete with wood burning stove, TV/DVD and DVD library.
There are three bathrooms and lots of eating areas outside depending
on the time of day and shade from the sun!
The 8m x 4m ionised low clorine swimming pool is fabulous. From the pool terrace you have
an unobstructed view to the top of the highest mountain in Spain, Mulhacén at 3481m,
and down into the valley 500m below.
